1. Do we need to apply a clear coat or urethane sealer to our sign?

Your new sign is coated with a clear oil base stain. This will help protect your sign while it hangs outdoors. If your sign fades over the years it is easy to re apply the stain and make it look new.Film forming coatings such as poly or clear coat will peel outside and make your sign look terrible. They can be used for indoor signs if your require a high gloss finish.

2. How do we hang our new sign?

Hanging your new sign is very easy. Your sign will not include any hanging hardware. This will allow you to chose how and where to hang your sign. Your sign can be screwed into a tree or post, hung like a painting or attached to your cottage or house.

3. How long will my sign last outside?

Your new sign will last years. It is protected for outdoor use with clear stain. For a longer lasting sign try not to hang or display your new sign in direct Southern exposure. The suns heat and direct exposure could warp your new sign.

4. How long does it take to make my new sign?

Once you approve your new signs design, we will put your sign into production. The process will take 2 – 3 weeks to complete.

5. How do I get my sign?

We have two options for you to receive your sign. We ship Canada Post Express post. And that will take 2-3 business to arrive at a cost of $20. Or you can pick your sign up with an appointment.

6. How do I pay for my sign?

You have several options to pay for your sign. First one is an e-interac transfer which is safe and secure, the second is Paypal, and the third is cash on pick up.
